| Tinnitus is a
treatable condition: The
management of tinnitus involves a number of components,
identifying the effects, teaching and demystification, sound enrichment,
instrumentation and retaining tactics. The object, to banish the tinnitus
to below the threshold of consciousness.
Varying degrees of hyperacusis, with or without tinnitus, can be improved with the help of a combination of explanation, counselling and the appropriate use of low level signal sound generators and, or, hearing aids. Latest digital tinnitus technology available; state of the art in-the-ear (ITE) and behind-the-ear (BTE) tinnitus maskers, or combined hearing aid with tinnitus masker. Plus bedside noise generators with pillow.
