As part of our comprehensive Ear Care Programme, The Langley Audiology Centre offers a continuous aftercare service: Follow up appointments are made on each visit, and once you are accustomed to your new hearing aid we encourage follow up reviews every 3 months which are free of charge.

We are always pleased to see you to help with fine tuning, personal counselling and education of friends and family and tailored rehabilitation to ensure you will get the maximum benefit from your hearing system.

Batteries

All hearing aids are dispensed with a 2 year manufacturers warranty against component failure, during which time your hearing aid will be repaired free of charge.

Upon expiry of the 2 year warranty we offer a Service Plan which you may wish to purchase. This can be renewed annually and will cover any necessary repairs due to component failure.

We also offer a ‘Repair all makes’ service.

The most common reasons for hearing aids needing repair:

- Wax in microphone
- Moisture in receiver or microphone
- Re-tubing
- Feedback

- Intermittent
- Broken battery drawer
- Broken shell
- Battery corrosion
